Cart Lodge
Home to Adam S Bailey Garden Design.
The Cart Lodge is over 100 years old
and was originally used for housing farm vehicles and machinery.
Following several years of careful
restoration, The Cart Lodge has been restored and now stands as a
historical landmark in Eynsford village, opposite the River Darent. |

friendly team and a warm welcome
When you visit the studio, you'll
find the design team friendly and welcoming. Over coffee and a chat we'll show
you examples of past work, with plans and photos of completed projects.
There's no 'hard sell' as none of
our team are salespeople. Adam is qualified with
BA Honours in garden design and our main aim is to help you build a
picture of what is possible in your garden, bearing in mind your budget
and specific requirements.
Carole, company secretary,
makes sure clients are kept up to date with projects as they develop.
We've built a reputation on personal
service and invite you to discover all we have to offer. |

Historic
building, up to date approach
We have a
creative approach to every new project, from traditional, period gardens
through to contemporary, modern gardens utilising the latest materials.
Adam is a skilled artist as well as
a trained plantsman. Plans are drawn up by hand (or
on CAD computer system for more advanced projects), with side elevations
and perspective views through the garden so you can visualise what the
final result will look like before construction starts.

Qualified with First Class Honours
in Garden Design, Adam is a regular contributor to the Kent County
Magazine. He has an impressive portfolio of garden design work, covering
private gardens of all sizes, from traditional to contemporary. His work
can also be seen throughout Kent and Sussex in his role as landscape
designer for the prestigious housing developers, Rydon Homes.
